I've used it already a few times in video mode and the quality is fantastic. Shooting introductory surfing video (from a distance)was SO easy and good for a beginner. Quick shots (a feature of quick rapid action intended) still photographs was FANTASTIC! I would buy this as a gift, everyday use and beginner camera. Initial Amazon price earlier on crushed Best Buy but rebounded just prior to purchase, but still beat BB and I only went to the store for my initial hands-on research. Shipping was fast through our seller! I am totally sold on the ease of use, quality and capability of this camera. You should be too! The only problem is that if your trying to take many pictures quickly it wont always work to well for that, it cant take many pictures quickly at one time. <br /> <br /> <br />But overall this camera is very good, i would defiantly recommend it. But you have to mess with the settings to get the right mode otherwise the pics will come out terrible. Videos are grainy and poor quality. But for that price what do you expect!?
